How to prepare the trekking in Nepal fhysically and mentally : trekking needs good preparation before hitting the beautiful mountains. So mentally and physically you all trekkers should be well prepered getting enough information, and start to do some exercise to make you fit in the mountains.

1. Be well prepared - So before trekking in Nepal please we suggest you hike up and down with some kilos of backpack which makes you fit to trek in the Mountains. And your legs and body get stronger

2. Be well prepared reading the trek where you are going to tre:  Nepal trekking mostly in altitude areas, so must think about it, So mentally and physically keep in mind that your body needs to work more than usual. So run for a few months to make your lungs and heart strong and fit at high altitude. 3. Try to go Gym: Actually, the Gym will help you make your body muscles stronger than usual. So continue Gym for a few months before trekking in Nepal. It helps you to get fit in the mountains. The gym will help you to increase your stamina and make you more confident and strong enough to challenge the high mountains.

4. Exercise your heart/Cardio:  In the high mountain we get less Oxygen than usual what we are getting usually. The matter of the cardio exercise is to make the heart work out in a less oxygen zone over 3000m. So give first priority to walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling as much as possible before trekking in Nepal it helps you get good results in your body condition and makes you more fit and ready to go trekking in Nepal.

5. Focus on good and healthy diets:  Food always plays a good role in keeping your body healthy and strong. Anyway in Mountain you will be burning more energy than usual. So eat more carbohydrates and fruit and other healthy food to save energy for trekking.

6. Practice Yoga or stretching: These kinds of practice keep muscles and mind healthy and your stamina goes up and your legs and body get more strength than usual. So continue yoga and stretching for for month before trekking in Nepal.

7. Well-mentally prepared: You are planning something way more than usual, so mental preparation plays a good role in your planning. So you need to be ready to deal with any kind of weather conditions and hazardous, terrains. So, proper strong mental preparation is the main thing to make your nepal trekking enjoyable. And you should expect that I am going to the mountain with good mental and physically ready.
